Booking Process

1. Submit Request: Fill out the Booking Request Form and click Submit.

2. Wait for Confirmation: Receive booking confirmation via email at your provided address.

3. Process Payment: Follow payment instructions in the confirmation email to complete booking.

Note: No confirmation email = Request under review for availability. Team may contact you via phone/email.

Payment Procedure

• 100% Down Payment Required via:

  • GCash (InstaPay): Send payment, then reply to confirmation email (hotelsangco.reservations@gmail.com) with screenshot of payment receipt.

  • Over-the-Counter (Cash): Pay at hotel and keep the official receipt.

• Upon verification, receive Updated Booking Voucher via email.

Important:

• No payment by end of booking day, before arrival, or check-in time = Non-Guaranteed Booking. No-Show by 4:00 PM on arrival date (with/without notice) = Automatic Cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Non-Refundable if cancelled 3 days or less before check-in.

• Option to reschedule to other dates (subject to availability; contact team).

Check-In Procedures

1. Present Booking Voucher and Payment Receipt(s).

2. Show 1 Valid ID per person.

3. Fill out Guest Registration Form.

4. Surrender ₱1,000 Cash Security Deposit (refundable upon check-out if room is cleared/no damages).
