Check-in Requirements:

· Security Deposit ₱ 1,000. Refundable upon check-out.

Booking Procedures:
Step 1: Submit Your Booking Request
Create and submit your booking request. Our Reservation Team will review your request and send the booking confirmation and booking voucher to your email.
Step 2: Make Your Payment
Pay 100% of the total booking amount using the GCash App. Please check your booking voucher for the exact amount to pay.
After payment, save your GCash payment receipt and email it to hotelsangco.reservations@gmail.com for verification.
Once we confirm your payment, we will send you an updated booking voucher marked as “PAID.”
Important: Please note that all confirmed and paid bookings are non-refundable. By making the payment, you acknowledge and agree to the hotel's cancellation and no-refund policy.
Step 3: Check-In at the Hotel
Upon arrival, please present your booking voucher together with the required check-in documents at the hotel front desk.
Reminder: Please review the booking details, dates, number of guests, and cancellation policy carefully before making your payment.
